 Job Description 
 Key Responsibilities: 
  - Strategic Business Partnering:  Act as a trusted CL&D partner to Commercial teams, identifying learning needs and translating them into effective development solutions. Develop comprehensive training curricula covering disease and product knowledge as well as selling skills in close alignment with our marketing campaigns. Drive onboarding, launch readiness, continuous development programs, and change management initiatives. 
  - Omnichannel Enablement:  Embed omnichannel engagement principles, digital competencies, and the Gilead Selling Model into learning journeys. Design and implement innovative programs leveraging digital tools, virtual platforms, and interactive methodologies to maximize engagement and impact. 
  - Cross-Functional Leadership:  Lead the design and delivery of blended learning solutions (face-to-face, virtual, and digital) for Sales and Marketing teams. Represent CL&D in cross-functional and global projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. 
  - Training Analytics:  Establish robust metrics to measure learning effectiveness and business impact. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine programs and drive continuous improvement. 
  - Stakeholder Coordination:  Partner with global CL&D teams to adapt and localize global initiatives for the German market. Manage relationships with external training providers and internal regional trainers to ensure high-quality delivery. 
  - Innovation Enablement:  Champion a culture of innovation by introducing emerging technologies, AI-driven learning tools, and modern content formats. Stay ahead of industry trends to future-proof digital learning capabilities. 
   
 Required Skills and Experience: 
  - Industry Expertise:  Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, ideally in commercial training, education, or Sales/Marketing roles. 
  - Learning Design & Facilitation:  Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs for commercial teams. Expertise in blended learning formats (in-person, virtual, and digital). 
  - Omnichannel & Digital Proficiency:  Strong understanding of omnichannel engagement and high digital literacy, including experience with learning management systems, video authoring tools, and AI applications. 
  - Analytical & Strategic Thinking:  Ability to measure learning outcomes, interpret data, and apply insights to optimize programs and drive continuous improvement. 
  - Communication & Influence:  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in German and English is essential. 
  - Growth Mindset & Innovation:  Open to new ideas and committed to continuous learning. Passionate about leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences and build future-ready capabilities.
