Position: Software Engineer Type: Hourly contractor Compensation: $70–$110/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 24-hour sprint Role Responsibilities Develop scalable APIs and service layers interfacing with advanced AI models.Configure environments and design databases for high-performance systems.Collaborate on real-world engineering work to support next-generation machine learning applications.Lead the creation of complex database schemas and ensure robust system architecture.Work independently and asynchronously to meet tight deadlines. Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years of elite software engineering experience.Computer Science degree from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the UK.Expertise in API development, including creation, testing, and integration.Proficiency in SQL and database structuring.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience using coding agents in software engineering workflows.Success in leading teams in demanding environments.
