Job Description

As part of our Solution Consulting team, you will support Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. You will influence revenue growth by collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This role requires a hands-on technical consultant capable of solution delivery and positioning during sales cycles.

What You Will Do

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert.
• Lead discovery workshops and demonstrate solutions to match customer needs.
• Respond to technical questions from customers and partners.
• Guide strategic programs in key accounts.
• Provide feedback for product enhancements.
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the team.
• Stay updated on market and competitive analysis.
• Support marketing events and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or similar cloud solutions.
• Collaborative experience with product and professional teams.
• Territory management skills including pipeline development.
• Willingness to travel.
