Staff Engineer for Pinout Architecture and Product Variant Management (f/m/div)

Your Role

In your new role you will:

• Specify pinning and ball-out of microcontrollers
• Analyze use cases from marketing and map them to microcontroller pinning
• Resolve conflicts and discuss solutions with marketing and team members
• Implement change requests regarding pinning and ball-out
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Ensure consistency across different product variants
• Improve design methodology for pinning and ball-out

Your Profile

As a Staff Engineer for Pinout Architecture and Product Variant Management, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you anticipate even the future needs of customers and engage actively with the customer about these needs. Lastly, you promote an awareness for continuous quality in your area of work.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, packaging, and pinning
• Experience with PCB design and chip design (pads, voltage domains, package design, RDL routing)
• Proficiency in Python and Pandas is a plus
• Proficiency in standard office tools
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
