About the role

We’re looking for a Staff Frontend Developer to lead frontend excellence across key development teams. You'll architect systems that handle 10x seasonal traffic spikes while maintaining performance at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Scale: Design frontend systems serving 1M+ daily users with sub-second response times
• Lead Strategically: Define and drive technical vision across 6 cross-functional teams
• Collaborate Deeply: Partner with Engineering Managers & stakeholders to shape long-term roadmaps
• Mentor & Influence: Guide senior developers and set gold-standard engineering practices
• Innovate Boldly: Champion new technologies and technical excellence across the org

About the team & tech

• Experience architecting large-scale apps with millions of users
• Strong background in performance optimization, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Kubernetes)
• Proven leadership in multi-team projects and long-term technical strategy
• Bonus: Experience with LLMs, A/B testing , and e-commerce metrics
