What They’re Looking For:

✅ 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with a proven track record in designing scalable, distributed systems
✅ Deep expertise in one or more modern backend languages (Java, Kotlin, or similar)
✅ Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and event-driven architectures
✅ Experience mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives across teams
✅ Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and performance optimisation
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
✅ Bonus: Experience working in high-growth product environments or marketplaces
