Standortleiter für Berliner Gastronomie

We are looking for a site manager to tie together our business, working closely with our HQ, Fiskerikajen in Copenhagen. Main focus will be managing the day to day business in our production site and sales office. This role will be key for our expansion into the German market and will be partially responsible for our economic results, in close collaboration with our Copenhagen office.

Wir suchen einen Standortleiter, der unser Geschäft zusammenführt und eng mit unserem Hauptsitz, Fiskerikajen in Kopenhagen, zusammenarbeitet. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Verwaltung des Tagesgeschäfts an unserem Produktionsstandort und in unserem Vertriebsbüro. Diese Rolle wird für unsere Expansion auf den deutschen Markt von entscheidender Bedeutung sein und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Kopenhagener Büro teilweise für unsere wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse verantwortlich sein.

Responsibilities

• Education in Copenhagen where you will gain an in-depth understanding of our business and values
• Making sure all legal permits are in place in Berlin for us to start production
• Setting up office (coordinating installations / hardware)
• Interviewing production personnel, setting your future team
• Back‑end office and presence at Berlin headquarters
• Developing purchase plans with our in‑house sales team and purchase team in Copenhagen
• Developing app offers with sales and purchase
• Setting production schedules
• Planning distribution
• Budgeting in coordination with our Copenhagen office

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Berlin gastronomic scene
• Passion for seafood and our business model
• Hungry to learn and eager to grow with a developing business
• Ability to manage and coordinate cross‑functional teams
• Experience with production sites and sales office management is a plus
