EOS, the world market leader for industrial 3D printing, is looking for you to support our IT Digital Workplace Team in Krailling .

Your Mission

• You receive and log IT incidents and service requests that come in via phone, email, or the ticketing system, and provide first-level troubleshooting and support for standard issues such as password resets, printer errors, or basic network problems.
• When incidents are more complex, you elevate them to 2nd Level Support or the appropriate department.
• You assist with workstation setups, hardware rollouts, and software installations.
• You maintain and support Windows and Mac systems and applications, including Microsoft 365 and other enterprise tools.
• You keep IT inventory records up to date for both hardware and software.
• You support user onboarding and offboarding processes, while enforcing IT policies, standards, and security protocols.

Your Talents

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in German and English.
