Nestlé USA-Pizza Division is hiring for 1st Shift Team Leader positions! This dynamic role is not just about leadership; it's a hands-on opportunity that paves your path to becoming a Production Supervisor or stepping into functional leadership roles. Position Summary As a Team Leader, you will set the standard for safety, product quality, and line performance. Your leadership will shape the daily culture and tone of our team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and conduct sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality assessments. Facilitate effective communication among peers, team members, and Production Management. What Makes You a Great Fit? To excel in this role, you should demonstrate: Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience: Background in food manufacturing and production floor experience is preferred. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or TPM is a plus.
