KG**In Ihrer Rolle als 2nd Level IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) in Darmstadt und Trebur sind Sie Teil eines kompetenten Lösungsteams, welches vorrangig lokale Supportaufgaben sowie Fehleranalyse, Berichterstattung und Fehlerbehebung für die lokale Infrastruktur der beiden Standorte betreut. Dazu gehört auch die Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Wartung standortspezifischer IT-Lösungen. Diese Rolle richtet sich an professionelle und erfahrene Experten, die kommunikativ und proaktiv sind und Interesse an der Einführung und Wartung neuer IT-Technologien haben.**Ihre Verantwortung*** Support für Endnutzer, schnelle Behebung von Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkproblemen* Diagnose und Behebung von System- und Anwendungsproblemen, um Ausfallzeiten auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Computersystemen, Peripheriegeräten und Softwareanwendungen* Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Supportanfragen mithilfe eines Ticketingsystems, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Probleme protokolliert und zeitnah gelöst werden* Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und dem Support von IT-Geräten für Besprechungen, Präsentationen und Konferenzen* Durchführung routinemäßiger Wartungsarbeiten und Updates an IT-Systemen, um optimale Leistung und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten* Schulung und Training der Benutzer in Bezug auf Best Practices für die Nutzung von IT-Systemen und Anwendungen, um die allgemeine Kompetenz der Benutzer zu verbessern**Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen*** Ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker/-in oder Informationselektroniker/-in oder IT-Systemelektroniker/-in* Fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb von IT-Systemen im internationalen Konzernumfeld* Kenntnisse über den Aufbau und den Austausch von PC-, Server- und Netzwerkkomponenten* Routinierter Umgang mit dem Betriebssystem Microsoft Windows / Windows Server und der Microsoft Office Suite* Gute Kenntnisse vernetzter IT Systeme (PCs, Drucker usw.)* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift* Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, aber auch Teamfähigkeit mit guten kommunikativen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten#LI-LB1Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
