What you're great at

• Building efficient 3D workflows from input → render → delivery
• Setting up reusable lighting, camera & scene rigs for consistent results
• Converting scanned textiles into tileable, calibrated PBR materials
• (Substance Sampler, PixPlant, Photoshop)
• Preparing models, materials, and shaders for automated rendering pipelines
• Running batch renders and managing high-volume product/material variations
• Integrating CGI objects into real photos using Flux Kontext & Photoshop
• Using AI tools to extend scenes, enhance realism, and accelerate output
• Keeping files clean — naming, versioning, structured libraries, no chaos
• Troubleshooting UVs, light behavior, texture detail, reflections, scale, shadows
• Working closely with creative & engineering to evolve our VizForge pipeline

Pipeline thinker – You don't just make renders, you build systems.

You think in workflows, automation, templates, libraries, and scalability. You can take a messy production chain and turn it into a clean, reliable, repeatable pipeline.

Material + realism engineer – You see what others miss.Fabric behavior, light falloff, texture fidelity, micro-shadows, edge softness — you understand what makes CGI convincing because you understand real-world physics and material truth.

AI-guided visual integrator – You make 3D and AI work together, not fight each other. You know when to use AI for speed, where control matters, and how to direct models to respect reality. You can merge CGI with photography — perfectly matched scale, light, and presence.

Qualifikation

Your Technical Skillset

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in 3D visualization, and production-level rendering workflows.

3D + Rendering

• 3ds Max (Corona / V-Ray) + Blender + Cinema4D
• Physically-accurate lighting + camera setup
• Reusable scene rigs for consistency & scale

PBR & Materials

• Adobe Substance 3D Sampler + PixPlant (tileable textile PBR creation)
• Physically-correct maps: color, normal, roughness, displacement, opacity, AO
• Color calibration & texture cleanup in Photoshop

Automation & Pipeline

• Batch rendering & asset-variant automation
• Version control, naming standards, structured library management
• Pipeline thinking: reproducibility > one-offs

AI-CGI, AI Rendering & Hybrid Workflow

• Flux Kontext / Photoshop AI / Stable Diffusion / Upscaling
• Integrate CGI into real photos (lighting, scale, shadows)
• Scene extension, environment realism, AI-assisted cleanup, with strict 100% product accuracy

Compositing & Integration

• Photo matching, perspective calibration, and shadow casting
• Real-scene integration workflows for premium product images

Bonus Superpowers

• Python scripting for render jobs / automation
• Marvelous Designer (fabric drape simulation)
• ComfyUI / Deforum familiarity
• Experience with physical scanning or textile digitization
