3D Footwear Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Shoes To Fill Execute all tasks related to 3D construction, including the creation of moulds, soles, lasts, buckles, and footbeds.Collaborate closely with 3D Constructors from PD, INOP, and other relevant departments to execute 3D-related tasks efficiently.Create technical drawings and blueprints for projects as needed.Manage the grading process for soles and moulds, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Ensure the proper archiving of all 3D data files, maintaining an organized and accessible database.Oversee in-house mold developments, ensuring they meet the highest standards.Maintain close contact with external mold makers, providing them with the correct 3D data files and ensuring that all moulds meet our company's standards.Participate in mold trials alongside other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Your Walk Of Life Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.At least 7 years of experience in 3D construction, with a strong focus on mold making.Expert-level proficiency with 3D software such as Rhino, SolidWorks, and NX.Strong knowledge of PU/EVA mold construction, including familiarity with PU/EVA injection and casting processes.Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.Precise, systematic, and a strong team player.Good command of MS Office.Proactive and capable of making technical decisions independently.Willingness to travel as required.
