As a CAS Designer, you are the crucial interface between creative design and technical implementation. In this key role, you will be responsible for the digital development of future-oriented commercial vehicle design concepts.

Your tasks

• You will develop and work independently on digital 3D models using Autodesk ALIAS - from initial concepts to concept trak
• You convert drafts from the design team into high-quality digital models, taking strict account of all technical, package and project requirements
• You complete 3D models and prepare the surface data precisely for the production of milling and rapid prototyping models
• Produce convincing digital renderings for presentation purposes, supported by very good presentation skills in Photoshop
• Active participation in project meetings and confident representation of the design position to interdisciplinary teams

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of transportation design, industrial design or comparable
• Excellent knowledge of Autodesk ALIAS is a strong advantage
• Proven experience in the creation of Class A capable or high quality concept spaces
• Confident use of Photoshop for renderings and post-processing
• Personal strengths such as assertiveness and willingness to travel occasionally
