Mission description

• Plan, direct and coordinate the technical progression of electrical harness and equipment installation of the A350 section - Ensure and improve the overall performance, reaching goals in efficiency and productivity - Lead a team with focus on performance and proper collaboration - Manage operational control of design and delivery process and monitor supply chain activities - Problem resolution and solution finding - Secure reporting and participation in relevant reviews - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals - Monitor adherence to rules and procedures - Facilitate coordination and communication between organizational functions Customer support
• Industrial engineer, preferably with experience in Aerospace Industry - Knowledge of Airbus work environment - Experience in Aircraft Electrical Engineering ATA92 - Knowledge of Quality Principles - Change process knowledge - Configuration Management - Knowledge of the company activities, processes and tools - Strong written and oral communication skills, good knowledge of English language - Ability to manage priorities and be decisive, critical thinking and problem solving skills - Advanced Project management capability - Office skills and affinity to technical work environment
