Job Description

The Brand Representative is highly engaged and provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They are outgoing, stylish, and helpful, and maintain an approachable and warm store environment. They initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate way to ensure the customer is the first priority. They demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.
