Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring effective store operations and driving performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

What You’ll Do

• Opening and closing routine
• Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness
• Business Understanding (analysis of key metrics and sales)
• Proactive thinking and attention to detail
• Register/Point of Sales use
• Asset protection
• Visual displays and merchandising
• System skills (POS and inventory systems)
• Work schedule requirements: availability at least 25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
• Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred
• Supervisor/Managerial experience: not required
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & German (required)
• Customer focus, communication, and interpersonal interaction skills
• Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing personality, assertiveness
• Adaptability, flexibility, and stress tolerance
• Poise & ambition, multi‑tasking ability, applied learning mindset
• Strong work ethic and familiarity with omni‑channel services
