Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and helps drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Opening and closing routine
• Product knowledge and brand awareness

• Register/Point of Sales use
• Asset protection
• Visual displays

• Work schedule requirements
• Availability and weekly hours (at least 25 hours per week)
• Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and during certain holidays
• During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred
• Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred
• Supervisor/Managerial experience: Not required
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & German required
• Customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fashion trend knowledge; outgoing, assertive, adaptable, and able to work under stress
• Multi-tasking, problem-solving, and self-motivation
• Experience with omni-channel services
