Account Director DACH, Media Quality and Attention Measurement

Stellenbeschreibung:

Account Director DACH, Media Quality and Attention MeasurementHigh growth AdTech scale up | Remote within Germany | Regular travel to clients Over the past few years, a new wave of measurement companies has started to change how brands think about digital media. Instead of focusing only on reach, impressions, and clicks, this team was created around a more ambitious question: how do you understand the quality of media and the attention it really generates, and then link that to better outcomes for advertisers and publishersFrom that starting point, they have built a media quality and attention measurement platform that is now used by some of the most recognisable global brands. Their metric helps marketers see which placements truly work harder, so budgets are invested where they have the greatest impact. As the market has matured, they have become a go to partner for clients who want to move beyond basic verification and make smarter, evidence based decisions about where and how they invest. The business is in a strong growth phase. Revenue has been climbing quickly, the team has expanded significantly over the last couple of years, and the product has evolved from an advertiser focused solution into a broader offering that serves both buy side and sell side partners. Backed by experienced investors from the advertising and technology world, they continue to invest in product innovation, data science, and international expansion. For Europe, the next big chapter is to establish a strong and consistent presence across the DACH region. That is where the Account Director for DACH comes in. Reporting into the EMEA Account Director and working closely with a seasoned team based in Europe, you will be one of the first commercially focused hires dedicated to this region. Your core mission is to open doors and build long term revenue across the major agency groups, from early conversations and education through to concrete adoption of the platform. You will be responsible for new business in DACH, shaping the strategy for how to approach agency holding companies, mapping stakeholders, and turning interest into committed partnerships. Day to day, you might be introducing the concept of attention led media quality measurement to a regional product lead, running training sessions for planning and investment teams, or working on a response to a brief where the metric becomes a core part of the clients measurement framework. You will partner closely with client success colleagues to make sure that once a deal is signed, campaigns run smoothly, performance is clearly communicated, and renewals are set up for success. You will keep your pipeline in excellent shape, using tools such as HubSpot to track opportunities, manage deals, and provide clear visibility on performance and forecast to the wider business. You will also represent the company at industry events across DACH, using your presence and network to spark new conversations and deepen existing relationships. To thrive here, you will bring at least five years of AdTech or media sales experience, ideally within the DACH market, and you will be fluent in German and English. You will be comfortable selling into agency environments, from junior practitioners through to senior decision makers, and you will know how to navigate complex structures within holding companies. You have a proven track record of prospecting, building relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and closing new opportunities. Experience in measurement, analytics, or media quality solutions would be a strong plus, but what really matters is your curiosity, your ability to tell a clear and compelling story, and your determination to overcome barriers to adoption. This is a fully remote role within Germany, with regular travel to client offices in key cities. You will collaborate frequently with colleagues in European and US hubs, and you will be fully supported by an experienced hiring manager who is committed to helping you succeed in building the region. The role offers a competitive base salary in the range of ninety five thousand to one hundred and five thousand euro, with a commission structure that brings estimated on target earnings to approximately one hundred and forty six thousand to one hundred and sixty two thousand euro, and additional upside based on over performance. You will also have access to stock options, paid time off including volunteer time and an end of year closure, an employee development and wellness stipend, a performance based quarterly bonus, and flexible workspace options if you prefer to work outside your home from time to time. Learning and development sit at the heart of the culture. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of attention metrics and media quality, build a strong view of omnichannel media strategies, and learn how agency product and innovation teams think about integrations and new measurement approaches. You will have access to a broad network of investors and advisors, mentorship from senior leaders with decades of experience in AdTech and media, and regular internal knowledge sharing sessions designed to keep the whole team sharp and informed. The environment suits people who are self starting, action oriented, and comfortable having a voice. Leadership is hands on, everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas, and healthy debate is seen as part of how the product and proposition improve. The company is committed to being an equal opportunities employer, actively working to build a diverse, inclusive workplace where different perspectives are valued and where people can do their best work. If you are an experienced AdTech or media salesperson in the DACH region who is excited by the chance to build a high potential territory around a modern approach to media quality and attention, this could be a powerful next step.
