Enterprise Account Executive | €140–160K OTE | DeepTech AI SaaS | Stuttgart

Location: Stuttgart (2–3 days/week in-office)

Product: ISO-certified AI platform transforming complex industrial assembly processes

Work on something real. This isn’t just another SaaS tool — it’s a mission-critical AI system used by top‑tier manufacturers. You’ll join early, sell a proven product, and help build the GTM engine from the ground up. Think: deep tech, zero outbound done to date, and full ownership alongside the founders.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle enterprise sales (€100K+ ACV, €700K–800K ARR quota)
• Build outbound motion & land flagship industrial accounts
• Partner closely with BDRs, marketing & founders
• Sell to industrial manufacturers, machinery, auto, defence
• Deal cycle: 4–12 months | DACH focus
• 10% uncapped commission
• Significant VSOPs for early joiners
• Hybrid setup with strong team collaboration (2–3 days in-office)

What You Bring

• 2+ years B2B SaaS or DeepTech sales (mid‑market/enterprise)
• Track record with 6‑figure, multi‑stakeholder deals
• Industrial or technical sales experience
• Comfortable with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, startup pace & ambiguity
