About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will actively shape our growth, bring in new customers, deepen existing partnerships, and drive our Sales pipeline sustainably.

What To Expect

• 360° Sales & Sales Cycle: responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact, persuasive presentations, to contract signing – driving revenue growth and targeting key customers.
• Networking & Account Management: uncover decision structures, engage stakeholders, conduct presentations & negotiations at all management levels.
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: build on SDR pre‑qualification, prioritize opportunities data‑driven, and develop a scalable sales pipeline.
• Structure, KPIs & Performance Tracking: keep focus on goals, analyse pipeline and continuously optimise sales strategies.
• Teamwork: collaborate closely with cross‑functional colleagues to continuously improve the Wemolo experience.

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with Small & Medium accounts.
• Structured, analytical mindset with a data‑driven focus on quality and excellence.
• Ambitious, excited by rapid growth in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn Wemolo’s technology.
• Fluency in German (C2) and English; other languages an advantage.
• Valid German driving licence class B and willingness to travel within Germany 10‑20 % of the time.
