Account Executive – German Speaking (d/f/m)

We are looking for an experienced German‑speaking Account Executive to sell Luminovo’s all‑in‑one supply chain platform in the German‑speaking market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: generate pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals.
  • Build a strong network in the DACH electronics industry, attend sales fairs, and establish local positioning.
  • Use calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and leverage sales enablement material.
  • Run customer‑centric discovery meetings to uncover pain points and explain the impact of our solution.
  • Run product demonstrations, workshops, and ROI calculations.
  • Guide prospects through the buyer journey, close paperwork, and ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success.
  • Track metrics proactively, mentor junior colleagues, and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS B2B sales.
  • Strategic consultant mindset, not transactional sales.
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and solution‑selling skills.
  • Experience in complex technical industries is a plus.

Compensation Range: €61.5k – €85.2k
