Stackgini is the first platform for modern IT demand management in mid‑sized and large enterprises. The SaaS solution reduces the workload of IT teams, increases reusability of existing solutions and automates compliance checks. It brings together teams and tools from IT Service Management to Enterprise Architecture, Compliance and Procurement. Customers include REWE, Siemens Healthineers, Grünenthal and many more. Stackgini is VC‑financed, has completed its seed phase and is now entering a growth phase with expansion in DACH and international markets (Nordics, USA).

Ihre Rolle als Account Executive

• Outsourcing of outbound activities: cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn to the German market, with planned expansion to Nordics, France and the USA next year.
• Target audience: IT departments in large enterprises with ≥1,000 employees.
• Sales team: 1 SDR, 2 additional SDRs will be hired, currently founder‑led.
• Sales cycle: 6‑7 months, average deal size ACV €50k ARR.
• KPIs: Target revenue volume €500k ARR.
• Collaboration: Close work with Founder Michael and the SDRs.

Anforderungen

• German: native level.
• English: C2 level.
• 1‑5 years of sales experience, especially in B2B SaaS/Tech Sales or complex sales cycles.
• Startup mentality and adaptability.
• Empathy and goal orientation – understanding customer needs and achieving results.

Standort

Remote in Germany, with regular visits to a modern office in Hamburg or Berlin.

Gehalt

Base €60‑65k, OTE €120k, uncapped.
