About

Atmantara builds foundational AI infrastructure for financial institutions. From real-time fraud detection to multi-model portfolio optimization, we empower financial teams with scalable, secure, and compliant AI capabilities, without the engineering overhead. Our platform supports cloud-native and hybrid deployments with built-in observability, role-based access, and regulatory-grade compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, PSD2, MiFID II).

We're a high-velocity team based in Berlin and remote, working at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and fintech.

Role

You'll own pipeline development, qualification, and closing across high-potential fintechs in Europe.

You'll be the first to position new product capabilities to market and act as the voice of the customer internally.

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Develop territory strategy and outbound campaigns
  • Demo platform capabilities to technical and business stakeholders
  • Forecast and report pipeline accurately
  • Partner with marketing and solutions for enablement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in fintech, data infra, or ML tooling a plus
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage sales environment
Bonus Experience
  • Previously sold to growth-stage fintechs or SMB banks
  • Built GTM playbooks or sales enablement tooling
  • Worked with AI, compliance, or API-first products
