Account Executive - DACH Area

Join to apply for the Account Executive - DACH Area role at mama health .

Location: Berlin. Fluency in both German and English required.

What You’ll Do

  • Penetrate and close new business with the top pharmaceutical companies across EU/US.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first discovery to signed contract.
  • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders in Commercial teams.
  • Keep our CRM and pipeline organized, with a strong handle on forecasting and deal progress.
  • Bring market feedback to the product team and help shape what we build.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in a quota-based B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS enterprise.
  • Proven track record of hitting (or better, crushing) targets.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Fluent English; fluent German.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling to pharmaceutical companies, biotech, or healthcare.
  • Early‑stage startup experience and knowledge of building from scratch.
  • Existing network in the life science space.

  • Patient App that helps chronic patients find answers to their daily questions – using best‑in‑class multi‑agent systems and proprietary data.
  • Patient Journey Analytics Platform to see real‑time patient needs, roadblocks and what needs to be done to improve patient care.
