The Business

Join a fast-growing French Legal Tech scale-up that is revolutionising how lawyers and in-house legal teams work. Germany is now a core market, and as one of the first commercial hires you’ll launch and grow it - starting with high-velocity sales to individual lawyers and small firms, before expanding into larger law firms and corporate legal departments. This is a unique opportunity for ambitious sales professionals - including high-performing SDRs/BDRs ready to step up into an AE role - who thrive in fast-paced environments and want real ownership from day one.

This is a true hunter role with strong autonomy and direct impact on the company’s German success story. The role is primarily remote, with travel to the Düsseldorf office required once every two weeks, plus occasional collaboration with the broader European team.

The Role

  • Own the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and cold calling to demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and manage your own pipeline (no SDR support in the early phase)
  • Drive new customer acquisition among solo lawyers and small firms in phase one
  • Contribute to the expansion into larger firms and corporate legal departments as the market matures
  • Adapt messaging to a highly sophisticated, detail-oriented legal audience
  • Work closely with leadership to refine the German go-to-market strategy
  • Represent the company at meetings, demos, and industry events across the DACH region

What You’ll Bring

  • First experience in SaaS sales (e.g., SDR, BDR, or Junior AE)
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience
  • Native-level German and strong English skills
  • Clear understanding of KPIs, quota attainment, and performance metrics
  • Competitive, resilient, and performance-driven mindset
  • Confidence selling a sophisticated, AI-enabled product to demanding buyers
  • Based in Germany and able to travel to Düsseldorf once every two weeks

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Legal Tech, AI, FinTech, or complex B2B SaaS
