Join a fast-growing Legal Tech scale-up revolutionising how lawyers and in-house legal teams work. Their AI‑powered platform helps legal professionals automate complex workflows, save time, and operate with far greater precision — and it’s already proven successful in multiple European markets.

Now, they’re launching Germany as a core strategic market, starting with high‑velocity sales to individual lawyers before expanding to large firms and corporate legal departments.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be one of the first commercial hires in Germany. You’ll act as a full‑cycle seller, build the initial customer base, and help shape the company’s expansion strategy. This is a role for true hunters who love challenges, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and want to make a real impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end‑to‑end sales process - from outbound prospecting and cold calling to pitching, demoing, and closing.
  • Drive new customer acquisition among solo lawyers and small firms during phase 1, then support penetration into larger firms as the market matures.
  • Sell a sophisticated, AI‑enabled product to a demanding audience, adapting messaging to lawyer‑specific workflows, pain points, and expectations.
  • Create your own pipeline through targeted outreach; no SDR support in the early phase.
  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine the go‑to‑market strategy and ensure strong regional execution.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and demos helping to establish credibility and momentum in the DACH region.

What You Bring

Must‑Haves

  • 1–2 years of SaaS sales experience
  • At least 1 year in a closing role (AE) and 1 year in prospecting (BDR/SDR)
  • Proven hunter mindset (resilient, KPI‑driven, and competitive)
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Ability to articulate KPIs, quota attainment, and past performance clearly
  • Comfort selling a high‑language, high‑credibility product to sophisticated buyers
  • Based in or near Munich (or able to travel there regularly)

Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Experience in complex B2B SaaS, Legal Tech, AI products, or FinTech
  • Strong intellectual agility and the ability to earn trust quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a highly commercial, performance‑driven culture
