SimScale is an engineering simulation platform that is revolutionizing the way engineers, designers, scientists, and architects design products. The SimScale platform is accessible completely via a web browser, with an easy-to-use interface which supports numerous simulation types including Structural Mechanics, Fluid Dynamics and Thermodynamics.

By harnessing the power of the cloud for simulation, SimScale eliminates the hurdles that accompany traditional simulation tools : high installation costs, licensing fees, deployment of high-performance computing hardware, mandatory updates and maintenance. Users always have the latest version of SimScale.

Your Opportunity

In this role, you'll connect with leads across EMEA to build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, consistently achieving quota through effective pipeline generation and accurate forecasting. Working closely with sales management, the role involves developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective customers while providing reliable forecasts for future growth. In partnership with an application engineer, prospects are guided through the buyer's journey to generate new business and reach ARR targets. Success also comes from building deep industry and product expertise, enabling you to effectively showcase SimScale's value proposition across diverse industry segments.

What we expect from you

  • 2+ years of experience selling engineering simulation software is required
  • 3+ years of experience in selling to engineering-related industries is mandatory
  • 5+ years of proven success in SaaS or software sales
  • You are fluent in French or Spanish. Italian or other European languages would be a strong plus
  • You are also fluent in English
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas through strong prospecting, pipeline management, and closing skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage technical stakeholders and business decision-makers alike
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market, with experience selling to small and mid-sized customers
  • Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, remote startup environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate value across multiple industries
  • Background in engineering, physics, or a related technical field is a plus
  • You are based in EMEA
