Account Executive (Enterprise)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client a young technology company that supports industrial companies in improving how their production environments operate.

Manufacturing remains the backbone of many industries, yet many plants face increasing pressure from workforce shortages, operational inefficiencies, safety challenges, and limited real-time insight into production activity. Our client addresses these challenges by providing advanced, AI-based visual intelligence solutions that enable factories to better understand, optimize, and scale their operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead complex, six-figure enterprise sales processes across Europe and North America.
  • Work closely with business development, growth, and technical teams to win and expand strategic customer accounts.
  • Establish credibility with senior decision-makers across operations, engineering, quality, and IT/OT functions.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to align customer challenges with AI-enabled operational solutions.
  • Manage multi-layered enterprise sales cycles involving procurement, legal, security, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Drive account expansion and support the development of a scalable, repeatable go-to-market approach.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales with consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong capability in managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset with high ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Skilled negotiator, comfortable navigating legal, commercial, and security discussions.
  • Comfortable visiting plants and learning how factories actually run.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and disciplined in sales operations.
  • Collaborative approach, working effectively across sales, product, engineering, and customer success.

Additional advantages

  • Background in selling AI-driven, automation, robotics, or industrial technology solutions.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or engineering environments.
  • Interest in shaping and scaling enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
