As our new Account Executive, you’ll drive new business across Germany and take ownership of:
- Full-cycle sales : sourcing leads; leading discovery, scoping, PoC and negotiation; closing high-touch engagements (€100k–€250k+)
- Technical consultative selling : speaking with CTOs, CFOs, Heads of data/architecture, RoI, and rapid MVP strategy
- Positioning value : articulating low-risk MVP, PoC , and implementation paths that accelerate decision-making and impact
- Cross-functional teamwork: aligning with engineers, data experts, Delivery Managers/PMs to scope and deliver solutions in days, not quarters
- Client impact : translating business pains, chaotic data, manual workflows, into tangible outcomes by week potvr: 2

Must Haves
- Experience in data, AI, automation/AIDS consulting sales (Senior SDR → AE or early AE)
