About the Role
We are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our international sales team and help us expand in the global Service Providers market, with a particular focus on Germany. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build strong, long-term relationships, and play a key part in driving our growth in an exciting, fast-moving sector.

This is more than just a sales role—you’ll be trusted to develop strategies, influence key decision-makers, and work closely with some of the world’s leading companies. What you’ll do:
  • Create and execute a robust business development plan targeting FM service providers
  • Build and nurture a network of prospects and industry contacts
  • Drive sales activities across the EMEA region, with focus on Germany
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Develop strategies for entering and growing new markets
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage accounts in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to create team synergy and achieve goals

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3–5 years’ experience selling complex software solutions, ideally with an existing network in the FM service provider market
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted business partner, understand client processes, and articulate value
  • Excellent collaboration skills across geographies and cultures
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a natural networker
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly within EMEA
