Job Description

UPS Capital is growing exponentially and is looking for a sales professional who is passionate about innovation and change. If that’s you, you’ll be able to handle everything in this role, from building a pipeline of prospective customers to creating account strategies that guarantee the long‑term, increasing business of our clients. Responsibilities

  • Find and qualify companies that fit UPS Capital targeted customer segments.
  • Gather facts by involving key decision‑makers, assess company risk situation including pain points and develop account strategies to win opportunities.
  • Deliver confident sales presentation, including the value of doing business with UPS Capital – via either videoconference or face‑to‑face – with C‑suite level decision makers, overcome potential objections and close the sale by finalizing pricing conditions.
  • Develop timelines to ensure successful implementation of UPS Capital solutions, including integration into customer supply chain and IT road‑map, and successfully sign the contract with the customer.
  • Ensure compliance to all agreements, achieve high level of customer satisfaction and retain strong customer loyalty by nurturing the partnership.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally within UPS Capital throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Provide complete and accurate visibility of the entire sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Outside Sales Role (travelling will be an average of 40% of your time).
  • Area of responsibility: Hamburg and North, Hannover, Bremen down to Kassel.
  • Experience in the financial services, insurance and/or logistics industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Risk or Finance is preferred.
  • 2–5 years of previous sales experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, PPT, Excel, Word.
