Your Role & Mission

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within Pharma & MedTech in the DACH region and help the sector decarbonize. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, navigating complex sales cycles, and expanding our footprint across global manufacturing and automotive companies.

Your tasks

  • End-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and final closing
  • Research potential new leads, utilize your network to open accounts, and stay on top of developments in the carbon management industry to expand our market base
  • Build trust with leads and customers and turn conversations into lasting relationships
  • Adopt a value-driven sales approach: listen, understand challenges, and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead and conduct presentations and demonstrations for potential clients; navigate the Enterprise SaaS sales process
  • Develop and execute strategies to contact and acquire prospective clients via LinkedIn, other platforms, phone, email, or in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with Revenue team to align offerings with client needs
  • Maintain transparency in your sales pipeline and keep CRM updated
  • Foster cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Join Carbmee in Berlin or Munich and engage with major organizations to help reduce carbon emissions

Your profile

  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales within a B2B tech environment, managing the full sales cycle
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills in English and German. Fluent German is a must
  • End-to-end sales experience with strong negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales in at least one of these industries: manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics; Land and Expand experience
  • Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business and a strong desire to help the industry reach net-zero; climate tech experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and sales pipeline with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze market and competitor data to support partnership strategy
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets, OKRs/KPIs aligned with company objectives
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage tasks and projects independently
  • Team player, results-oriented, metrics-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, open-minded, strategic thinker with a proactive, self-driven work attitude
  • Excited to join a diverse, international team in Berlin or Munich; willing to travel regularly to customers and offices
