A high-growth SaaS company in the marketing automation space is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across the DACH region .

Overview

Role focus: enterprise clients with the opportunity to shape the go-to-market motion in the DACH market.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle hunting role with strong support from Marketing & a BDR team
• Focus on Enterprise clients (1,000–5,000 employees | €50–250M turnover)
• Manage deals typically €30–60K in value with 3–6 month cycles
• Target key buyer personas: Marketing Managers & Leaders within B2C companies
• Be the first Enterprise AE in the DACH team, helping shape the go-to-market motion

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS , ideally in complex sales environments
• Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, tech-driven business
• Fluent in German and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a scale-up setting
• Experience in MarTech or CRM platforms
