Contract : Full-time (39 h / week)

Role purpose

Lead complex new-logo pursuits and strategic expansions while mentoring junior sellers. Deliver top-tier revenue growth through structured territory strategy and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships at senior / C-level; steer proposals and RFP / RFQ responses.
• Orchestrate internal stakeholders (Operations Legal Finance Solutions).
• Define quarterly territory strategy; deliver accurate forecasts and reports.
• Coach junior Account Executives on pipeline quality and deal execution.

Must-haves

• 5 years B2B field sales with a strong record in larger / complex deals.
• Advanced discovery value articulation negotiation and closing skills.
• English B2 (German preferred); strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Valid driving license; regional travel readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics / air freight; Salesforce proficiency; formal sales methodology.
