Account Executive – Small & Medium Business

Join the Cisco Small & Mid‑Market Business (SMB/MM) team in Germany. Our mission is to scale revenue in an under‑tapped market of millions of small businesses by leveraging partners, distributors, and innovative digital sales motions. This role is ideal for a creative, growth‑oriented sales professional who thrives in a scalable, partner‑driven, and digitally enabled environment.

Your Impact

  • High‑Impact Ownership: Own your territory, develop your own strategy, build your business from the ground up, and directly shape Cisco’s future in the region.
  • Master In‑Demand Skills: Deepen your expertise in high‑growth areas such as cloud‑managed networking (Meraki) and software sales, positioning yourself as a go‑to expert within Cisco.

  • Pioneer Growth: Architect and execute a winning sales strategy to dominate the SMB market in Nordrhein‑Westphalia.

  • Win New Logos: Actively hunt for and secure new customers, building a robust pipeline and expanding Cisco’s footprint.
  • Champion the Cisco Vision: Be the face of Cisco SMB in your territory, inspiring customers and partners with our industry‑leading solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Strategic Hunter: Proven ability to exceed targets, with a strategic plan and relentless execution to win new business.
  • A Tech‑Savvy Advisor: Genuine curiosity about technology (especially Meraki and software) and the ability to translate complex solutions into tangible business value for customers and partners.
  • A Natural Collaborator: Builds strong relationships effortlessly, both internally with cross‑functional teams and externally with partners and customers.
  • An Ambitious Achiever: Boundless energy, proactive mindset, and insatiable drive to learn, grow, and deliver outstanding results.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Meraki technology experience.
