About the Company

My client is a profitable and established European SaaS provider in the ITSM / ESM space. The company is currently in a strong growth phase and is expanding its sales organization. To support this momentum, they are hiring an additional SMB/Mid-Market SaaS Hunter. The environment operates with the speed and ownership mindset of a scale-up: fast decisions, low bureaucracy, and a high level of autonomy.

Your Mission

You will sell into the SMB and mid-market segment, working with short sales cycles and mid-sized ACVs (€10,000–€30,000).

What You Will Do

  • Acquire new logos through outbound, inbound, and self-generated pipeline
  • Generate approximately 40% of your own pipeline (Marketing and BDR support provided)
  • Consistently close 4+ new deals per month
  • Run the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → demo → close
  • Manage multiple parallel short-cycle deals
  • Build trusted relationships with Heads of IT, IT Managers, IT Operations Leaders, Service Desk Leads
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, BDR, Product, and Customer Success

Requirements (Hard Filters – Must-Haves)

  • Based in Germany
  • Fluent German (C1+) and professional English – non-negotiable
  • Minimum 3 years in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven hunter mindset with strong outbound track record
  • Experience selling to SMB or mid-market customers with short sales cycles
  • Success closing €10–30k ACV deals
  • Strong discovery, demo, and closing capabilities
  • Self-driven, disciplined, reliable, and collaborative

Do NOT apply if

  • You mainly sold Enterprise deals with 6+ month sales cycles
  • You rely heavily on inbound and do minimal outbound
  • You have no experience with mid-sized ACVs (€10k–€30k)
  • You do not speak German at C1+ level
