Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
  • Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers to foster long‑term partnerships.
  • Address concerns or feedback from clients and work toward effective problem resolution.
  • Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies and stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations to contribute to the development of compliance protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Basic understanding of national and international trade and supply‑chain management is a plus.
