Your Role as Key Account Manager (DACH):You will own and grow the top 20–30 sellers in the DACH region (c. 95% Germany). These are the highest-value accounts on the platform, representing a combined portfolio of ~€3.5M in revenue.Set and lead commercial strategy aligned with Category Experts & Business Developers, optimise account performance (pricing, listing quality, KPIs, etc.) and negotiate commercial terms for sustainable, long-term partnerships.Communicate impact & insights to internal stakeholders, and conduct regular business reviews using data to generate actionable insights.Travel to key accounts within Germany for face-to-face visits and relationship building (1-2 per month for client visits around DACH).
Who You Are:Experience: you bring at least 4–6+ years experience in Account Management or a similar commercial client-facing role, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces or adjacent commercial industries.Soft Skills: relationship-builder, high ownership, creative problem-solving and proactive organisation.Languages: C2 in German + B2-C1 in English for internal communication.Location: Remote in Germany with monthly travel (1-2 per month for client visits around DACH).
