Voggt is a social marketplace connecting passionate people through a live-stream experience. We’ve just been acquired by Fanatics Collect, a technology company dedicated to revolutionizing the world of collectibles. Every day our team obsesses over creating the ultimate collector experience—from developing Fanatics Live to building a trusted collector-focused marketplace with PWCC (acquired in May 2023).


We have the unique advantage of being backed by Fanatics - the world’s largest sports merchandiser, with more than 900 global sports relationships, 90+ million reachable fans, and exclusive licensing deals with the MLB, NFL, and NBA among many others - but we’re a small, nimble, ambitious team building products from the ground up.

What It’s All About


Lead and grow one of the biggest and fastest-developing categories on Voggt, such as Trading Cards, sourcing and onboarding sellers and users to deliver an amazing collectibles trading experience. Your role will be to expand and develop your category sales by sourcing and partnering with sellers and influencers, ensuring buyers find all they need on Voggt.



  • Voggt has massive potential, with thousands of sellers and collectors in Germany. We already launched in France where we see strong traction.

  • This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-led, mobile-first business where much is still to be defined and built. You will grow as the company grows.



Role & Responsibilities



  • Be hands-on in helping sellers grow their business on Voggt

  • Be data-driven with numbers and a decision-making approach

  • Manage top sellers to achieve commercial targets using the incentives budget and non-monetary ways to motivate sellers to always do more

  • Create and propose marketing events to hype the category

  • Lead and manage communications with Voggt teams to achieve necessary results: marketing, product, support, tech, etc.



Key Requirements



  • 1–3 years of full-time working experience in a fast-paced environment; references for calls are welcome

  • You are ready to learn on the go and always question the status quo

  • You are great at relationship building with partners and internal teams, operations and negotiations

  • You are structured and detail-oriented in your work

  • Ability to perform analysis and interpret data into actionable steps

  • You are a problem solver and love to find new and better ways to reach targets

  • You like autonomy and flexibility but you know when to ask for help and guidance to get things done

  • You speak German and English at proficiency level
