YOUR TASKS

You will manage and advise PAYBACK’s online partners in the Beauty & Health segment
You will developdigital marketing campaigns and innovative sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new customers
You will define relevantKPIs to ensure efficient budget allocation and continuously optimize all measures
You will collaborate closely with colleagues fromonline/offline marketing, customer insights, and process management
You will take ownership ofbudgeting and forecasting
You will identify growth opportunities through market, industry, and company analyses and unlock them together with your partners

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
You bringseveral years of experience indigital performance marketing andmedia planning
You are familiar withdigital sales in the Beauty FMCG sector and haveindustry-specific expertise
You aredata-driven, analytically strong, and able to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into actionable strategies
You are astrong communicator, customer-focused, results-oriented, and proactive
You are confident in presenting and negotiating

Du betreust und berätst PAYBACK Online Partner aus dem Segment Beauty und Health
Du entwickelst digitale Vermarktungskampagnen und innovative Vertriebsansätze zur Entwicklung der Bestandskunden und Neukundengewinnung
Du definierst relevante KPIs für einen effizienten Budgeteinsatz und steuerst die ständige Weiterentwicklung aller Maßnahmen
Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Bereichen Online-/Offline-Marketing, Customer Insights und Prozessmanagement zusammen
Du hast Budget- und Forecast-Verantwortung
Du identifizierst Potenziale anhand von Markt-, Branchen- und Unternehmensanalysen und hebst diese mit deinen Partnern

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Performance Marketing und in der Mediaplanung mit
Du kennst dich mit dem digitalen Vertrieb von Beauty FMCG aus und hast branchenspezifisches Fachwissen
Du bist zahlengetrieben, hast ein gutes analytisches Denkvermögen, kannst komplexe Sachverhalte schnell erfassen und geeignete Maßnahmen daraus ableiten
Kommunikation ist deine Stärke, du denkst kundenorientiert und arbeitest ergebnisorientiert und eigeninitiativ
Du bist sicher in Präsentation und Verhandlung
