Account Manager E-Commerce / New Business (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Account Manager with a focus on E-Commerce to help us achieve outstanding results for our partners, customers and the LEGO Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer responsibility and new business development: take ownership of your own customer portfolio and drive new business initiatives within the DACH region.
• Support key account management: work closely with a Key Account Manager in a tandem set‑up on top E‑Commerce customers.
• Commercial planning and execution: contribute to the Go‑to‑market strategy and commercial planning process with Sales, Marketing and Sales Development.
• Consistent brand execution: collaborate with E‑Commerce Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing and other teams to maintain brand messaging and shopper experience across all channels.
• Increase active consumer base: implement activations and projects aimed at growing our active consumer base.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in account management and customer acquisition, preferably in Consumer Goods.
• Familiarity with E‑Commerce and omnichannel activations.
• Willingness to drive business development and experience in developing a Go‑to‑market strategy.
• Curious, eager to learn and proactive in overcoming challenges.
• Energetic, hands‑on and solution‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Analytical mentality with the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in German and English.
