Work Site Location: Germany.

Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world; Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.

What you will do

• Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design‑wins and increase account penetration.
• Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers.
• Research and develop new customers and new business segments.
• Develop account strategy and execute business plan.
• Effectively handle customers’ issue.
• Meet sales budget (booking/Billing).
• Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team.
• Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
• Hold business review with customers and distribution channel.

What you will bring

• Education Background/Major: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience (Must): At least 4 years of experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Knowledge (Must): Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.
• Abilities/Qualities: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners and identify new business opportunities.
• Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within the DACH region.
• Skills/Certifications: Fluent in English and German with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
