Responsibilities

• Pro‑active communication with partners in Germany by market visits, telephone and internal messaging.
• Manage a portfolio of partners as first point of contact, answering questions and providing market insights.
• Maintain stable relationships, including frequent performance calls and pricing/availability alignment.
• Explain Booking.com products and benefits; identify opportunities to improve partner performance.
• Identify new partner leads and pass them to the team for follow‑up.
• Resolve customer‑service issues efficiently.
• Support partner events such as workshops and webinars.

Qualifications & Skills

• Significant experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and German.
• Experience in e‑commerce and/or travel industry.
• Independent, proactive, detail‑oriented and analytical.
• Team player, self‑motivated, flexible and open to change.
• Driver’s license.
• Availability to travel up to 50 % within Germany.
