Your Responsibilities

• Sales: Global sales of 3defacto plant engineering solutions
• Business Development: Acquisition of new customers and projects
• Offer Management: Preparation, costing, creation, and follow‑up of quotations
• Competence Development: Further development of expertise in plant engineering (tank farms & prepolymer plants)
• Project Handover: Transfer of projects to internal order processing
• Project Coordination: Support in internal and external coordination of projects through to delivery

Your Profile

• Qualification: Completed commercial or technical training, or a degree (e.g. in process engineering)
• Experience: Experience in sales within plant engineering
• Skills: Strong communication skills and a proven ability to convince potential customers and secure appointments
• Soft Skills: Independent and structured way of working, high level of self‑motivation, confident appearance, persistence, and a strong understanding of customer needs
• Languages: Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation skills
• Willingness to Travel: Unrestricted international travel willingness (at least 50%)
