TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies, and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. You will design and execute scaled sales and service delivery strategies, and ensure customers have the tools and products at their fingertips.

We're looking for a dynamic, passionate SMB Account Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Dublin. You will be a crucial member of a team that partners with high‑value SMB advertisers in a one‑to‑many structure, with the goal of activating, nurturing, and growing accounts. You will strengthen client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction. Success requires a client‑service focusбот, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to shape and sell scalable solutions to grow and support SMB customers.

Responsibilities

  • Raise the bar – Be results‑focused, grow revenue, educate, and lead strategic conversations with SMB clients and agencies. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for clients in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched en masse with minimal customization.
  • Make your own discoveries – Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
  • Assume ownership – Work with small and medium clients to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at anScaleoo. Understand their business objectives and determine the right course of action to help them grow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Oroqualifications: 3+ years in account management or client‑services roles in digital advertising, with a proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growth.
  • Good experience in the marketing/social media/advertising or tech industry with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Passionate about TikTok marketing and willing to build something from the bottom up.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
  • Team‑working skills, ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, international environment, and a passion for making an impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in both English and German essential. You will be part of our DACH team working with clients across the DACH region.
  • Preferred – Experience in a fast‑paced start‑up‑type environment would be a benefit.
