Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

The job

What you do

You are responsible for the day-to-day financial accounting of our law firm.

You will take care of the proper booking, administration and payment of third-party funds that we collect as part of our mandates for passenger portals.

You prepare annual financial statements and coordinate closely with our tax advisor

You are responsible for payment management , monitor deadlines and ensure smooth processes

You will support us with internal controlling, reporting and the further development of digital accounting processes

What you bring

Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, tax clerk, office clerk) or a business administration degree with a focus on accounting/controlling or further training to become a certified accountant (IHK) or balance sheet accountant (IHK)

Confident handling of common accounting software (e.g. DATEV, lexoffice or comparable )

In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial accounting

Independent, structured and reliable way of working

Ideally experience in a law firm, start-up or digital business model - not a must!
