You will join a close‑knit, German‑speaking team of three, where smooth communication and direct collaboration are essential. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of all accounting operations. Oversight, organisation, monitoring, and data reliability will form the core of your responsibilities. Your Responsibilities

• Structure processes and define key deadlines to ensure smooth workflows and optimal organisation of all accounting activities.
• Supervise and support the finance team, ensuring that timelines are respected and that all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Contribute actively to financial controls and reporting, guaranteeing the accuracy and relevance of all financial information provided.
• Participate in strategic management, offering your analysis and insights to support leadership in decision‑making.

Profile and Career Path

• Excellent command of German, essential for communicating smoothly with the entire team.
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role in Luxembourg, ensuring a strong understanding of the local environment and its requirements.
• Previous managerial experience, highly valued to support and guide the team effectively.
