Accounting Project Manager (f/m/d)

To support our Accounting Team we are searching for an Accounting Project Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Taking on project responsibility for the implementation and optimization of accounting processes (interfaces)
• Monitoring the Group's end-to-end processes, including documentation of the internal control system (ICS/SOX)
• Handling accountancy and tax issues
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB and IFRS)
• Collaboration with auditors and tax consultants

WHO YOU ARE

• Successfully completed studies in economics (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or comparable business training and/or financial/accounting accountant (IHK)
• You have 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting or auditing
• Experience with a common accounting and ERP system as well as a certain IT affinity is required (ideally DATEV, Microsoft Business Central)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• A high degree of initiative and enjoyment of independent project work
• Good knowledge of German and English
