Position: Accounting Specialist Germany. You will support the finance and accounting department by verifying the accurate match between invoices and revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the immediate supervisor with daily routine tasks.
• Process day‑to‑day invoicing and monthly closing procedures.
• Manage travel reimbursement claims.
• Review and maintain the customer and supplier database.
• Credit management and account reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Completed commercial education; desired qualification as a business accountant or balance sheet accountant.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Desired: Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Willingness to learn.
• Social and communicative competence in dealing with colleagues.
• Meticulous, reliable, and punctual work style.
• Preferable: Prior experience in a similar position.
