Job description

Tasks

• Supporting the processing and booking of day‑to‑day business transactions within financial accounting for our company and our clients
• Maintaining and filing documents in our digital systems
• Handling daily operational accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense accounting
• Assisting with payment transactions and monitoring account balances
• Supporting the dunning process (preparation and dispatch)

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or relevant retraining (career changers welcome)
• An open and communicative personality who enjoys working in a team
• Willingness to continue learning and interest in current developments in accounting and financial reporting
• High affinity for IT and an interest in digital working environments are desirable
• Previous experience in accounting – including financial accounting, document processing, invoicing, dunning, accounts receivable & payable, and expense accounting – is a strong plus
